Helped relieve back/sciatica pain right away, it feels like it is squeezing your back into place. I really like how adjustable it is, the velcro is quite strong. When I first put it on I had the large padded section flipped over so the velcro didn’t stick well. Once you figure it out it’s easy to put on and adjust to get comfortable.

Overall a great purchase for the price. Material is breathable, and quality made. Detached into 3 separate pieces for different developmental stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Would definitely recommend

I’m in love with this belly belt so far no complaints. This was so comfortable. The support it provides is amazing. As far as functionality; I wore it pretty much all day without complaints. I ordered a size medium because the waist for Large sounded way too big for me. This is a great product for sure!
